After signing up, please download the SOZO Yoga app and complete the waiver ahead of time so you’re all set when you arrive. We’ll also send reminders as the date gets closer! Just bring your water bottle and yoga mat.
About the instructor
Janay Honeycutt is a local homeschool mother of three. While adjusting to the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that can come with motherhood, she decided to pursue optimum health.
So, in 2018 her journey towards yoga began.
